with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In their original condition
- Free from stains, odors, or damage
- Returned with original tags and packaging when applicable
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Custom or personalized products
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or received a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will do our best to accommodate exchanges based on product availability.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue so we can make it right.
